Ayaz Morris is a passionate Trainer, Mentor, and CEO of Master Training & Consultancy, and the Founder of Master TV. Coming from a humble South Punjab village background and growing up in Karachi, he faced personal and professional challenges that shaped his resilience, worldview, and vision. Choosing a path of purpose over convention, he shifted his focus from pursuing the CSS examination to building a meaningful career in education, training, digital media, creative writing.
Driven by a strong belief in growth as the foundation of empowerment, Ayaz Morris founded Master Training & Consultancy in 2019. His mission is to help individuals and organisations grow personally and professionally—unlocking their true potential through structured learning, practical skills, coaching, impactful storytelling, creative expression, and engaging gamified experiences.
